The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, perfect for a solo traveler. The breakfast was overpriced for average selection.

receptionist was very polite, attentive and friendly, he explained everything perfectly, room was very clean and size was quite good, perfect location 10 minutes walk from the cathedral.
bed itself was not comfortable at all, every time you moved the mattress squeaked, not that it was very comfortable either and individual pillows were super thin. With which, 2 nights that we spent the truth is that we did not rest at all well for these reasons and is something very important because after being all day touring to and fro what you want most is to take a hot bath which was not possible because the tub had a leak... rest well in a comfortable bed... otherwise everything quite well and recommended

Well-maintained place, I greatly enjoyed excellent personnel.
the hotel was an ideal place for enjoying a particularly good area, right by center of burgos, cafe and the camino de santiago in october.

Rooms are absolutely great and functional with a bathtub, attic space and good shower, food is fab! The breakfast offers a great selection of bread, pastries, fruit and cheese.
Nothing not to love!

Well located, 15 min - 20 min walk from the historical center, in an area where you can park well, although the area is time, there is not in all streets (many dead-end streets and there is a parking space near the hotel). At the hotel they told us that they have several spaces in a nearby garage, for which they charge a fee. The room was very bright and clean, but without a view since the window entered the natural light was zenithal. . The bed is very comfortable and spacious. The breakfast buffet was very complete and included: hot drinks (infusions, coffee, chocolate, etc.), fruit, sausages, toast, various pastries, natural fruit juices (orange and multifruit).
The body towels in the bathroom were very small, they are scarce to roll up in, and on the other side it is made of less that the bathroom has a window to air it.

Positive, I had a very smart and comfy single room with a fantastic shower. Breakfast was a solid deal for just €5.50, offering a good variety. The staff were cute and super helpful. Bonus for having a vending machine in the lobby.

Very pet friendly and the hotel is great value for money. Just a nice stroll to the old town along the river.

The entrance to the hotel was a pleasure, the guy who was in reception told me everything I needed: breakfast service, access to the hotel from a certain time (at night), departure time... And he knew how to solve all the doubts I had and he even knew how to indicate where I had to go the next day to the place where I had to go. The room, although it seems small in the photos, has enough space and, to my taste, is quite cozy. It has a comfortable bed, a shower with a separate bath and toilet, air conditioning and a television.
The only thing I missed in the room was a hair dryer. Also, to comment, the breakfast buffet was a bit restrained, some pastries, coffee, colacao, several juices, toast and little more.. I missed some cookies, but it's not that bad.

This hotel was a real letdown. I mean, cold room with open windows? Absolutely unacceptable. What's with the weird bathroom layout? And don't even get me started on the lack of fridges or coffee makers! Almost left a glowing review, but just couldn't. You'd expect a complimentary gesture after all that inconvenience.

Friendly staff, rooms a bit small but clean and cheap. Good place to stay for several days. Burgos' historical center in 10-15 minutes. The manager (or owner) knows good places to dine in. Little parking in the same building.

comfortable stay but location a bit far
The room was clean and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I appreciated the fine city view from my window.
The location was farther from the main attractions than I anticipated.

Excellent, modern facility and furnishings Pilgrim friendly staff (Much better than the unfriendly Silken staff who turned us away from shipping a backpack.)
A bit remote from the center, but what is a 15 minute walk compared to a day on the Camino?

Friendly staff, large bathroom, quiet place.
