this hotel was a real letdown. I mean, cold room with open windows? also, what's with the weird bathroom layout? and don't even get me started on the lack of fridges or coffee makers! almost left a glowing review, but just couldn't. you'd expect a complimentary gesture after all that inconvenience.

comfortable stay but location a bit far
The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, providing a great atmosphere for relaxation. The bed was truly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. I appreciated the stunning city view from my window, adding a beautiful backdrop to my stay.
The location was farther from the main attractions than I anticipated.

The room was very clean and well-furnished, providing a great atmosphere for relaxation after a long day of exploring. I also appreciated the 24-hour reception support, which ensured that help was always available when needed.
However, the check-in process felt impersonal due to remote procedures, and it was a bit frustrating when the front door didn't open initially after a long journey.

Clean room with spacious layout really impressed me. Bed was comfortably firm, allowing for a restful night after long days exploring Burgos. The location felt safe, with easy access to local restaurants and a supermarket. The 24-hour reception was helpful when I had queries, providing great travel advice. Breakfast was reasonably priced at €5.50, featuring tasty cakes and classic options like Corn Flakes. However, the bathroom layout was a bit odd, making it feel cramped. I also missed having a fridge and coffee maker in the room. The cold light from the window was bothersome at night, too. An upgrade on some amenities would make this place even better.

Excellent location with spacious rooms
I really enjoyed my stay here. the room was larger than I expected and very clean, making it a comfortable place to relax after long days exploring. The friendly receptionists made my check-in easy and enjoyable. The nearby supermarket was super convenient for snacks. It’s not right in the center, but a nice flat walk takes you to the old town and key sites. One downside was the layout of the bathroom, which could get a bit cold.

My paper cup had more character than my room's bedside table. And those cushions? Just a silly obstacle course for me!
